About

A senior team, working directly with the people we build for.

Qytsol Technologies builds web and mobile applications for startups and founders, and designs and builds websites for established companies. Some clients arrive with a detailed specification, others with an idea and a deadline. Either way we own the engineering and see it through to launch.

Who we are

Qytsol grew out of building our own product. Exprty started from a simple observation: as AI answers got better, the thing people struggled to find was not information but judgement. A model will explain a pattern perfectly well. It will not tell you whether it is the right pattern for your product, your budget and your deadline.

So we built a marketplace connecting founders and developers with senior engineers who could give exactly that. Running it taught us the unglamorous parts of shipping real software: payments that have to reconcile, schedules that have to survive timezones, and code that still has to make sense a year later. That is the same discipline we bring to client work, and it is why we treat AI as something that accelerates the build while the engineering decisions stay ours.

Beyond that, the shape of the work is straightforward. A team of four, direct access to the people writing the code, and no account manager standing between you and an answer.

How we build

Reduced time to market, without compromising engineering standards.

AI-assisted development is part of how we work. It is not a product we sell you, and it is not a shortcut around engineering judgment. It means less of your budget is spent on the mechanical parts of building software, and more of it on the decisions that determine whether your product succeeds.

A working MVP in less time

Groundwork that used to take weeks now takes days. That time goes back into the product, or back into your runway.

More iteration for the same budget

Cheaper changes mean we can afford to get things wrong once and fix them, rather than committing to the first guess.

Senior attention where it counts

Our engineers spend their time on architecture, product decisions and edge cases instead of boilerplate.

What stays human

Every line we ship is reviewed, tested and owned by a senior engineer. AI accelerates the work. It does not decide your architecture, and it is never accountable for what we hand you. That stays with us.

  • A gate every change passes. Nothing counts as done until type checking, the full test suite, formatting and linting all pass, with zero lint warnings permitted.
  • Tests that try to break the logic. Anything touching money or scheduling gets property-based tests, which generate hostile inputs rather than only the cases we thought of. When one fails repeatedly we fix the code, never weaken the assertion.
  • Database changes are never automatic. Every migration is a reviewed file applied deliberately by a person. Schema is the one thing you cannot casually undo.
  • Architecture stays a human decision. The data model, the flow of money and every third-party dependency are chosen by an engineer who will still be accountable for that choice a year from now.

How we work

How an engagement runs.

Discover

We work out what actually needs building, and just as importantly what does not. You leave with a scope, a timeline and a cost.

Design

Flows and interfaces first, so you can react to something concrete before a line of production code is written.

Build

Short cycles with working software at the end of each one. You see progress continuously, not at the end.

Launch and support

We release it, hand over a codebase you own outright, and remain available for what comes next.

Principles

The principles we work to.

Candid advice, including when it costs us

If a feature is not worth building, we will say so before we invoice you for it. If we are not the right fit for a project, we will tell you that as well.

You own everything

The code, the repositories, the infrastructure and the accounts are yours from day one. There is no lock-in, and leaving us is never a technical problem.

Working software, continuously

You see progress every cycle, not only at the end. Unwelcome surprises are almost always the result of a long silence.

Built to be handed over

We write code assuming someone else will maintain it, because eventually someone will. That includes your future in-house team.
